This is a topic from the old software, we transferred anything interesting from around 2010 to now.

My co-worker just got a new computer here at work and for some reason, she is not able to print ledgers in ProTrust.  She gets the message "Error opening report!  The report could not be opened.  Verify that the report file exists and that Crystal Reports library files have been installed." 

What can we do to correct this so she can print?  Thanks!

It sounds like Crystal Reports is not happy. 

I would uninstall and reinstall SoftPro using the "run as administrator" command, then remember to run the .reg file.
